Afwezigheid van systemische infectietekens.

Bij IgE gemedieerde penicilline allergie:
Clindamycine
600 mg q8h po of iv

Ciprofloxacine
500 mg q12h po of 400 mg q12h iv

Moxifloxacine 400 mg q24h po
