PEDIS graad 3
Roodheid ≥ 2 cm èn 1 van de volgende symptomen:
- lokale zwelling of induratie
- lokale gevoeligheid of pijn
- lokale warmte
- purulent verlies
of
infectie van de dieper gelegen weefsels vb. abces, osteomyelitis, septische arthritis, fasciitis.
Afwezigheid van systemische infectietekens.
1ste keuze
Amoxicilline-clavulaanzuur 1 g/200 mg q6h iv
Duur: 10-14 dagen
Bij IgE gemedieerde penicilline allergie:
Clindamycine
600 mg q8h po of iv
en
Ciprofloxacine
500 mg q12h po of 400 mg q12h iv
Duur: 10-14 dagen
Alternatief
Moxifloxacine 400 mg q24h po
Duur: 10-14 dagen
